Team Up Kids
An early intervention for children which gives them the tools for life long wellbeing. The programme blends the positive powers of physical activity and mental wellbeing techniques to support children to be ready to learn and succeed in life:
The programme includes:
- CPD Course for Lead member of staff.
- 6 weeks x 2hrs of delivery with groups in School.
- Resources for children to use throughout delivery
- Resource left with school, including lesson plans
Children are introduced to the ‘Brainy Bunch’, our family of brain parts and brain chemicals, which help us to understand our brain and how it is linked to our body and emotions. Children learn how to work with their brain chemicals and use tools to maintain good wellbeing.

Enjoyed Team Up Kids 1? Then we’ve got more for you! There are members of the Brainy Bunch that your children haven’t met yet, including: Adrenalin, Dopamine, Endorphin, Myelin and Melatonin. We have more to teach and more tools to give your children for maintaining wellbeing! 6 weeks of delivery 2 x 1 hr plus a whole staff CPD.
